By using NetMonitor, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

NetMonitor is a tool for measuring the latency, jitter, and stability of your Internet connection against our server. The free version has a 10-minute session limit per connection.

3. Permitted use

The service must be used reasonably. Any attempt to overload, interfere with, or abuse the service's infrastructure is prohibited (for example, automating mass connections to bypass the free session limit).

4. No warranties

NetMonitor is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, absolute accuracy of measurements, or freedom from errors. Measurements are indicative and may vary depending on network conditions outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify the service (including free version limits) or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
